Aquila Give$ Update

We are so excited to announce we surpassed our Aquila Give$ fundraising goal of $15,000! THANK YOU!

Through your generous donations, the PTO is able to provide the school with a gaga ball pit, a portable speaker system, a set of ukuleles for music class and more.

The generosity shown during what has been a very challenging year for so many, really speaks volumes about our school and community. It’s amazing and we are so grateful!

Welcome Back Teachers & Students!

As teachers and students return to the classrooms in-person, and virtually, it’s important to practice some self-care. The Aquila PTO is teaming up with Aquila staff to provide some refreshment and gentle reminders of ways to recharge during these unprecedented times.

If you would like to contribute directly to the monthly self-care station, please contribute at gofundme. No donation is too small and is meant to appreciate all that our stuff does for Aquila and our kids!

Thank you Aquila Staff!

Coping Resources During Distance Learning

Aquila’s school counselor, social worker and psychologist shared content for parents during last week’s PTO meeting. During these times of high stress, it can be even more challenging for children and adults to cope with the added demands.

Zones of Regulation were also shared, which gives context to how your child may be feeling. Give it a whirl yourself and share with your child when you’re feeling, blue, red, yellow or green!
